This is Thomas Wayne (Bruces father) from the Flashpoint universe. His batman is more like the punisher and has no probelm with using a gun.
Watch the Flashpoint Paradox, its the best DC animated movie and my favorite.

hmmm thats a tough one. I think he looks really badass in his own way, thus not needing Big Daddy's armor. But I can see the benefits of wearing bodyarmor in his case :)
